30 Paleo Spring Salads

Spring is in the air and I’m so excited for lighter meals “al fresco”. When entertaining, I always add a salad of some sort. Salads don’t have to be boring or carb loaded, light and fresh is the way to go (without 6,000 calories of dressing). There are so many recipes that will pair well with different food themes; Taco night, Italian night, or a bbq, you’re sure to find a recipe on this list that suits your taste.
