Classic Cleanse Breakfast

I literally eat this meal every morning when I’m cleansing. Day one is typically five or six eggs and by day seven I’m down to feeling full with only three.

Ingredients:

4-6 eggs

Butter

Guacamole

Turkey sausage (I use Applegate brand)

Arugula

Balsamic vinegar

Steps:

1. Fry eggs with coconut oil spray while heating sausage in toaster oven

2. When the eggs are done, top them with some Kerrygold and pair with guac and arugula
