Path Two: Getting Back on Track
This path is for you if you have a pretty good grasp on healthy eating, you’ve just been farting around with food and need a swift kick in the bum to clean things up.
Week One: the Cleanse
- If you haven’t already, you can download your Cleanse doc here 
- Go get yourself into the CC Facebook group and say hello! We’re all excited to meet you! 
- If you don’t want to go through it alone, keep an eye on our Events page for the next challenge when we Cleanse together as a group! 
Week Two: Life After the Cleanse
You probably feel amazing after Cleansing last week and you’re ready to get back to a generally healthy way of eating. You’ve got a few options here:
- If you’ve been off track for a while or really want to get some results on the scale, I suggest checking out the Reintroduction sections in our Just Getting Started path. 
- If you’re confident in your ability to keep the ball rolling and not fall back into the pizza and Dorito pool, you could jump right into a Whole30 to allow for more variety, while still keeping things super clean. 
- If you’re hooked on the changes you’ve seen in your body after only a few days, you could start dabbling with Fine-Tuning and see where the wind takes you. 
- If you just want to get back to eating what you love while making it uber good for you, you can move onto Maintenance at this point.
